Step 1: Authentication

  • Go to Integrations in the Yess sidebar.
  • Select Outreach.
  • Authenticate your Outreach account to connect it with Yess.

Step 2: Set Up Sequence Escalation

  • In the Data Pull Criteria tab, select Sequence Escalations.
  • Click + Sequence Sync to create a new escalation mapping.
  • For each mapping, select the Outreach sequence you want to monitor and the Yess sequence for escalation.
  • You can create multiple mappings as needed (supports many-to-one escalation).
  • Set your sync cadence (hourly, daily, etc.) and optional filters for prospects/accounts.

The section above covers configuration criteria unique to sequence escalations. The following sections on field mapping and additional settings are applicable to both LinkedIn automation and sequence escalation integrations.

Step 3: Field Mapping

Once you’ve defined your data sync, move to the Field Mapping tab.

  • Map Outreach accounts and prospects to the corresponding Yess objects.
  • Ensure that all data points are correctly aligned for seamless integration and escalation flow.

Step 4: Additional Settings

Fine-tune your integration for your needs:

  • API Limit Settings:
    • Set the maximum number of API calls per day, with adjustable intervals (daily, monthly, yearly).
    • Default is 1,000 calls per day, but you can adjust or disable this as needed.
